Hello,
For whatever reason you might be visiting this blog for I want to take the time to reflect on my hero, her name is Cally and I am married to her. We met in high school, dated for six years before finally getting married in 1997. We both went to our various colleges and experienced life as it was and have been madly in love ever since. When Cally was a little girl she was given a series of standard vaccinations, this happened in 1977. As Cally entered her teenage years she was diagnosed with several serious medical conditions.
- Age 12: Diabetes
- Age 15: Epilepsy
- Age 16: Hypothyroidism
She was in trouble, what could she do, where would she turn? She turned to the lover of her soul, Jesus. Cally became sold out to God, reflecting on the promises of the Great Physician to heal her body.
I met Cally when she was a freshman in high school, I was a senior. Cally was so good academically that was able to attend college under a post secondary enrollment waiver. So we developed a powerful bond and she helped lead me to the Lord. We went to church together and spent a lot of time talking about life and God. Something in my heart told me I would be with this woman forever. Cally has overcome some of the most incredible obstacles I've ever seen anyone face. Believe it or not as Cally's confidence in God's desire to heal her grew, so did my faith and belief. To my great astonishment Cally was completely healed of the hypothyroidism and completely off her synthroid medication. This was confirmed by her Doctor after numerous tests confirming full remission of symptoms. We are in full agreement that God is at work healing her body even now of the remaining medical issues. Yes, we believe that God is in the healing business! It is also my hope to continue testifying of God's goodness and love in my wife's life to those that need to hear this message. I'll write more later.
Take Care,
Chaplain Jeremy L. Evans
