The Heart of a Woman and the Heart of a Father...

The heart of a woman is a precious treasure in the mind of the Father. The heart of a woman contains within it a precious capacity to love and to nurture. How many times does the Father have to hold back His just and righteous judgement toward those that abuse His precious ones. Someone once said that a Father is a little girls first love. Many Psychologists report that the father is the parent who shapes a daughters concept of love, self worth and sexual identity. In society today a natural father figure is virtually non existent. When girls become older they crave the attention of a male father figure, especially in their teenage years. The point I am making is that when their is no father present a young woman will invent a fantasy that she can place herself in to experience what she thinks is a true fathers love. I have seen so many broken hearted women that it is almost disheartening. An important woman in my life once told that it is the heart of every woman to be loved, nurtured, affirmed, validated and cherished. A woman adds such beauty and grace to life that without them men would be doomed to extinction by virtue of sheer stupidity. God created woman because she was half of Himself and man and woman together express the fullness of God's love. Jesus had a deep love for His mother Mary. Jesus was a devoted son and strongly influenced in the way treated women in His ministry. Mary Magdalene was a great example of Jesus understanding the needs of woman's heart. He loved her, honored her and forgave her. He did nothing to sexuallize her, the heart of the Father poured out of Jesus in the way he treated women. His view of women was something different than the average man. Since He was there at creation and participated in forming her and breathing into her His very life, He saw something.....the image of the Father. The Father has such a deep love for His daughters. He wants them to be loved and honored and treated as He would treat them. Women today are so beat down, so detached from the idea that God gave them their worth and that no man on Earth can take it away. Women take so many risks when they give their heart to a man. They think, will he break my heart, will he abandon me, will he love me and build a family with me. I cant imagine the risk they feel in giving away their heart. What if a man crushes it. This often becomes a real stronghold in a woman's life, especially if she does not have a relationship with God. God will never break His daughters heart. He died for her, to give her new life and to dry away her tears. God's heart towards His daughters, the princesses in His kingdom is this, I will never leave you nor forsake you, I alone will cherish you, love you and hold you up when your too weak to stand. A women named Mary allowed her heart to be broken so that all men could be reconciled to God, she held Him, so He could hold us. We owe it to women to love them as the Father does and to sacrifice ourselves for them. A Father's daughter is truly precious in His sight.

Man will give an account to God one day for the way he treated the women in his life. Honor them.
Peace to you,
Chaplain Jeremy
